Celebrating Community at a Northern Colorado Trunk or Treat
Halloween brought a little extra fun to Northern Colorado yesterday as members of the Care Synergy PACE teams hosted a community Trunk or Treat!
The event offered a festive opportunity to welcome community members, share smiles, and enjoy the season together. From the decorated trunks to the chance to connect with neighbors, it was a fun reminder of how meaningful it can be to simply come together as a community.
At Care Synergy, being part of the communities we serve means more than providing care and support. It means building relationships, participating in local events, and finding opportunities to connect with people in the places they call home.
