Care Synergy announced today that Vennita Jenkins has joined the organization as PACE President, bringing more than two decades of executive leadership experience in senior services, healthcare operations, affordable housing, and nonprofit management.
In her new role, Jenkins will oversee strategic leadership and operational performance for Care Synergy’s PACE programs, including Colorado PACE, helping guide continued growth, participant-centered care, enrollment expansion, quality outcomes, and community partnerships across the organization.
Jenkins is widely recognized for her ability to align mission-driven care with operational excellence and financial sustainability. Throughout her career, she has led organizations focused on improving the lives of older adults while strengthening care delivery systems, building collaborative partnerships, and advancing innovative solutions for aging populations.

Her healthcare leadership experience also includes serving as Center Director for InnovAge Greater Colorado PACE in Lakewood, Colorado, where she directed operations for one of the nation’s largest standalone PACE centers serving more than 730 participants and overseeing more than 180 employees. During her tenure, she helped improve operational margins, reduce hospital readmissions and emergency room visits, and maintain high-quality care standards.
“Vennita’s deep experience in senior care, healthcare operations, and participant-centered services makes her an exceptional addition to our leadership team,” said Tim Bowen, CEO of Care Synergy. “She is a visionary and collaborative leader who understands the importance of delivering compassionate, high-quality care while building strong teams and sustainable programs. We are excited to welcome her to Care Synergy.”
Jenkins holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
